“I think what's great about the generalist model is everybody thinks about the comparative risk return of any investment, and that's super helpful. So somebody looking at real estate will be able to say this real estate manager is really interesting, but it's more like venture because we're really, we're not going to get any payout on the way. We're really depending on appreciation of the asset at the end versus this one. This looks more like fixed income. So, you know, we can really think about risk and return at the manager level.”
