“As the models get smarter, they almost demand more from a product building perspective in terms of how you actually plug them into the system. I always kind of roughly analogize it to like, you could have a really, really smart intern. And you know, At the end of the day, they're only capable of doing a few things for you. They can take notes in meetings, they can write summaries, they can pull basic analyses together, but if you bring a PhD to work that person has a tremendous capability set that may, they may not be totally effective on the job on day one, but your job is to really figure out how to expose them to enough context, enough information, give them the right tools to make them really effective later on, and that process actually takes longer to get them to their full effectiveness than it would an intern.”
