“I'll tell you a personal example, which is that I actually caught my Lyme disease early, and one reason I could do that is because I knew what my baseline measurements were. I had all the data. I knew from my smartwatch, from a simple pulse ox, because my blood oxygen was running low and my heart rate was elevated on these simple devices. That's one example that told me something wasn't right, which I then got treated and cleared it all up.”
