“If we say, like, you know, we've got this big agenda to get AI, then people are gonna build these five, 10, 15 year plans, and quite frankly, nothing will ever happen. Like, we need, like, micro-level projects at each agency with basic use cases to say, how do you just turn the dial this much on efficiency?
