“If we're gonna make this widely accessible to patients that need them, it's gonna have to be affordable. So we'll need new models for how pharmaceutical companies charge for this, and we're seeing early days of this. We're going to need new models for how payers are able to pay for this and take on the associated costs with providing this therapy. And then to connect those two things, we're of course going to need the models and the technology to monitor for efficacy, to make sure that the therapies are doing what they need to be doing to justify the costs.”
