“The way this works is we do what's called a buddy system, so every project every week is tackled by two people, some two to four people, but usually two people, and the reason is it's because you're remote, right? Instead of sort of working by yourself in your room or in your co-working space, now you actually have someone at the Basically work on their work together, synchronously on audio or video chats, and that gives you this huge social component that you would miss otherwise from not being in an office, and so the work within the buddies is synchronous. They're doing it together. The work between the different teams is asynchronous.
