Stephane Kurgan, former COO of King and Venture Partner at Index Ventures, discusses product iteration speed and execution in software companies.
“And speed of iteration is, is very important, especially in, in digital businesses. And, you know, to your earlier point, I, I've seen companies where, you know, they take six weeks or eight weeks or 10 weeks basically to come up with you know, a minor iteration to a pretty minor feature, and that's just way too slow. In, in this day and age, you need to really, You know, come out hopefully within days with a new feature and test it and see if it works or not, then, and iterate again and move on again and go really fast. And you just can't afford to have these, you know, cycles in months anymore.”
