“So when you start to kind of see that spark, when you start to see that product market fit, then it's essential to scale extremely rapidly. Spending significantly to capture market share, and doing that when you can, you know, spending really as much as you can, depending on your balance sheet, your ability to raise capital, and when you're not having significant inefficiency in their spend, but it's so critical to get that rapid scale super quickly when you can.”
