“One of the areas that we really got good at with that company was small team iteration and market testing. We were constantly testing our positioning, our marketing, our channels, our price points, the demographics of the audiences. And weighing and balancing that micro optimization with understanding the major players in the landscape with ever album, there's big changes happening with Facebook and Google and photo tagging and facial recognition. There's a lot of kind of big platform changes happening and balancing watching the platform changes happen while also optimizing on a very small scale day to day and minute to minute. That was kind of the biggest learning forever. I'm just trying to weigh both of those and doing that successfully.”
