“We pulled it out of the portfolio with the investors because we knew that, like, we're just going to sit on this one, and when you sit on one, it's going to drive the rate of return for the portfolio down a lot. So when we're looking at, hey, you know, we want to pay a high preferred return, we want to do this, we want to do the other thing, like, I couldn't make the numbers work. For my investment pool without pulling one out. This is good enough. Like I say, and I even tell the investment pool this, I'm like, Hey, I'm pulling one of these out. And by the way, like it's good enough that, that, you know, I would sell it to my brother. I would sell it to my mom. I would, you know, I keep it for myself, but I gotta pull it out because it's going to drag your return from 10% down to like six percent.”
