“So my, ah, last company, we dealt with a lot of lower income borrowers who were primarily didn't have a computer at home, but had a mobile device, and so we used SMS very often for collections. So, you know, instead of calling somebody at one day late, we would just send them SMSs, and it would lower the cost of it, yet still have a lot of effectiveness in terms of, ah, reaching people.”
