“If somebody who's done anything better than me gives me any amount of criticism I will absolutely flip and make all the changes and evolve. And I seek feedback all the time from people. But if I start taking feedback from everybody who do not understand and nuance and empathize with what I'm doing, I'm not saying that we should not take customer's feedback. That's very different. But let's say somebody commenting about your business who does not understand the nuance of it. You can't be reacting to everything.”
