“Instead of one-on-ones, we try to do like smaller groups of discussions, like one-on-three or whatever, one-on-four. And we try to bring like people from within the team, but maybe someone who joined recently, someone who's been there for a while, someone who's remote, someone who's in office, like different types of people together so that, you know, it's a discussion. If they want to complain about something, they can complain, but usually those meetings are a lot more constructive than the old one-on-one style where you're almost forcing someone to complain about, okay, this is your time to start complaining about it.”
