“We have two all hands a week. And we also, which is, it's getting to the breaking point, but everyone talks at the audience. We haven't broken it up. We're only the department leads. So for example, on Mondays we do, what's your top priority of the week? And then usually like a fun prompt of like, I don't know, what's, who's your favorite artist? Or like, what's your favorite location that you've traveled? So it's twofold. One is the, what's your top priority? So everyone knows what everyone's working on this specific week, which over time you understand like what niches different people are operating in within the business. And also what is supposed to get done this week. The second prompt of who's your favorite artist or what's your favorite vacation destination shows a bit more personality where then you're like, you can DM them on the side, like, Hey, I also went to Aruba. I love that place or whatever. So it's kind of like fostering relationships through going, showing personality. And all 45 people talk at all hands on Monday and Friday.”
